The 38th Annual Adweek Media All-Stars Awards
Honoring the individuals who represent the best, brightest, and most strategic thinking across the media business. As the media and brand marketing ecosystems continue to be transformed by digital technology, media agencies find themselves operating at the crucial intersection of science and creativity. Within this arena, All-Stars rise above the norm—forging new pathways of innovation and leveraging insights to drive results for their clients. Each year, Adweek honors these individuals and their impact on the industry.
Submissions are accepted in three categories, and winners are selected by Adweek’s editors, profiled in the August 14th issue.
Executive of the Year
Candidate must be at president or CEO level at their agency for at least one year. Demonstrable proof must be shown of securing new clients, retaining existing business, generating revenue, creating new avenues of business and fostering an inclusive environment and culture within his or her agency.
Candidate must be a non-VP-level staffer under the age of 35 who has achieved extraordinary success for their age. Demonstrable proof must be shown of active involvement and leadership in their department, including client work. Whenever possible, examples must be offered.
Though there are no specific areas or duties that need to be shown (we respect the move of the industry to non-siloed business practices), candidates must have demonstrable proof of delivering successful results for clients, innovative use of media/content, original approaches to problem-solving, and any pro-social efforts.
