Adweek is now accepting nominations for our annual Adweek Media All-Star Awards
We will select 12 executives across the media agency landscape – 1 Executive of the Year, 1 Rising Star and 10 All-Stars. We are looking for leaders across branded content, social media, mobile execution, video/TV/radio/print/OOH buying or planning, data/insights, programmatic/automation, AR/VR and experiential.
Winners will be profiled and featured in Adweek’s May 14, 2018 issue, as well as on Adweek.com and Adweek’s robust social outreach.
Each submission should include the candidate’s long-term accomplishments as well as results delivered in the last year. It must include the candidate’s responsibilities including his or her clients, as well as results delivered (in sales and revenue growth) where applicable. Lack of metrics to show the candidate’s success will inhibit their chances of selection. Write-ups should not exceed 500 words maximum and links can be provided for further proof of results or performance
There is no limit to the number of candidates an agency may submit.
Executive of the Year: Candidate must be at president or CEO level of his or her agency for at least 1 year. Demonstrable proof must be shown of securing new clients, retaining existing business, generating revenue, creating new avenues of business and fostering an inclusive environment and culture within his or her agency.
Rising Star: Candidate must be a non-VP-level staffer under the age of 30 who has achieved extraordinary success for his or her age. Demonstrable proof must be shown of active involvement and leadership in his or her department, including client work. Wherever possible, examples need to be offered.
All-Stars: Though there are no specific areas or duties that need to be shown (we respect the move of the industry toward non-siloed business practices), candidates must have demonstrable proof of delivering successful results for clients, innovative use of media/content, original approaches to problem-solving, and any pro-social efforts.
